Getting started
- Set up your salon after signing upWork through the Get your salon ready checklist on your Home screen to be ready for bookings in about 10 minutes.
- Add your services and pricesAdd services with their time and price, sort them into categories and groups, and choose which can be booked online.
- Share your booking pageCopy your booking link, download a QR code, or add a Book now button to your website, Instagram, Facebook and Google.
- Make your booking page look like your salonAdd your logo, brand colour and a few words about your salon to your booking page.
- Turn apps on and offAdd extras like Checkout, Gift cards, Packages, Marketing and Website from Settings → Apps.
Bookings and calendar
- Set your booking rulesChoose how much notice clients must give, how far ahead they can book, and whether they can change or cancel online.
- Book a phone or walk-in appointmentAdd a booking from the calendar for a client who rings, messages or walks in.
- Move or cancel an appointmentDrag an appointment to a new time, reschedule it from its page, cancel it, or mark a no-show.
- Block out time, holidays and closuresStop bookings for a lunch break, a meeting, a holiday or a day the whole salon is closed.
- Use the waitlistLet clients wait for a fully booked day, and have Eyroxis email them when a time frees up.
- Pause online bookingStop clients booking online for a while, with a message on your booking page, while you keep booking from the calendar.
- Set up reminders and change email wordingChoose when clients get appointment reminders, and change what your confirmation and reminder emails say.
Clients
- Import clients from a spreadsheetBring your client list across from Fresha, Timely, Square, Kitomba or a spreadsheet using a CSV file.
- Merge duplicate clientsCombine two records for the same person so all their visits and sales are in one place.
- Download your client listDownload some or all of your clients as a spreadsheet, or take a copy of all your salon's data.
Team and access
- Add a team member and their working hoursAdd a person to your team, set their weekly hours and breaks, and choose the services they do.
- Change someone's hours for one dayUse the roster to change a team member's hours for a single date without changing their regular week.
- Give someone a loginInvite a team member to log in to Eyroxis, and choose whether they're staff, a manager or an admin.

Checkout and sales
- Check out a client and record paymentTake payment at the end of a visit, add products, tips or discounts, and email a receipt.
- Refund a sale or undo a checkoutRecord a full or part refund, or undo a checkout done by mistake so the appointment is upcoming again.
- Sell and use gift cardsSell a gift card in the salon, email it with its code, and take it as payment at checkout.
- Sell packages of sessionsCreate prepaid bundles like 5 blow-dries, sell them to clients and use them up visit by visit.
Website and marketing
- Set up your salon websiteMake your own salon website from a template, filled in from your Eyroxis services, team and hours.
- Send marketing emailsTurn on automatic emails like birthday and time to rebook, or send a one-off campaign to your clients.
- Create a promo codeMake a discount code for a campaign or Instagram post, and apply it at checkout.
Your account
- Get help from Eyroxis supportFind quick answers or send a question to the Eyroxis team from inside the app.
- Change or reset your passwordChange your password from My account, or reset it from the login page if you've forgotten it.
- Your plan and free trialSee how many days are left in your free trial and what Eyroxis will cost your salon.
- Run more than one locationAdd another salon location to your account, choose who works there, and switch between calendars.
