Clients

Download your client list

Download some or all of your clients as a spreadsheet, or take a copy of all your salon's data.

Download clients

  1. Go to Clients.
  2. Tick the clients you want, or tick the box at the top of the list to select them all.
  3. Press Download ticked (CSV). The file opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

This needs Manage clients access. Owners and admins always have it.

Download everything

The owner can download a copy of all the salon's data at any time: clients, appointments, sales and payments, team, services, gift cards and more. Go to Settings → Your data and press Download all data (.zip).

Your salon's data belongs to you. A client asks you to remove their details? Open their profile and use Delete client.
