Where your data lives
- Kept in Australia
- Your salon's data is stored in Sydney, and the app runs from Sydney too.
- Backed up every day
- The database is backed up daily, so a bad day for a computer isn't a bad day for your salon.
- Locked when it travels
- Every page is served over an encrypted connection (the padlock in your browser), including salons' own website domains.
Logging in
- Passwords never stored readable
- Passwords are scrambled one way before they're saved. Nobody at Eyroxis can see yours.
- Guessing is stopped
- Repeated wrong passwords and too many attempts from one place are slowed down and blocked.
- Everyone has their own login
- Each person in your team logs in with their own email, so you can see who did what and remove someone's access the day they leave.
Who sees what
- Each salon kept apart
- Every salon's clients, bookings and sales are kept separate, and every request is checked on our servers to make sure it belongs to your salon.
- Roles and access you control
- Owner, admin, manager and staff. You tick what managers and staff can see and do, and managers only see their own locations.
- Eyroxis support only when you ask
- Our support team looks at a salon's account to help with a problem, and every look is recorded. Making changes needs the owner's permission, for 24 hours or 3 days, and the owner can see everything support did.
Your data is yours
- Download everything
- The owner can download all the salon's data at any time, as spreadsheets that open in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Old client details removed
- Clients who haven't visited for years have their personal details removed after the period you choose, and you're told before it happens.
- Leaving is simple
- If you close your account, download your data first. Everything is deleted 30 days later.
- Clients' rights respected
- You can delete a client's details if they ask, and clients can unsubscribe from marketing emails in one click.
