These terms apply to salons and businesses ("you") using Eyroxis, provided by [company name] (ABN [number]). By creating an account you agree to them. If you book an appointment with a salon, see Booking with a salon below.

The service

Eyroxis provides online booking, scheduling, client records, reminders and reporting. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about significant changes.

Your account and your clients

  • Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for the client information you collect and for having a lawful basis to contact your clients, including under the Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988.
  • Don't use Eyroxis for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited marketing.

Fees

Plans are billed monthly in advance in AUD and include GST. Free trials end automatically. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid aren't refunded for part of a month, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

Payments from your clients

Eyroxis does not currently process client payments. Payments are taken by you in person; you are responsible for them.

Availability and liability

We aim for Eyroxis to be available at all times but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

Booking with a salon

When you book an appointment through a salon's Eyroxis booking page, your booking is with that salon, not with us. The salon sets its prices, services and cancellation policy (shown before you confirm), and is responsible for your appointment. We provide the booking system and send your confirmations and reminders on the salon's behalf.

  • Give accurate details, and change or cancel through the link in your confirmation if your plans change.
  • Your Eyroxis account (signed in with your email and password) shows your bookings at every salon that uses Eyroxis. Each salon only sees its own bookings with you.
  • We may block bookings that look automated or abusive.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time and request an export of your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
