Merge duplicate clients

Combine two records for the same person so all their visits and sales are in one place.

Clients with the same mobile or email are flagged as possible duplicates. In Clients, choose Possible duplicates to see them all.

  1. Open one of the clients. A Possible duplicate box shows the other record.
  2. If they're the same person, press Merge…. If not, press Not the same person and they won't be flagged again.
  3. Choose which name, mobile and email to keep.
  4. Tick Yes, they're the same person: merge them and press Merge clients.

To merge two clients that weren't flagged, open one and use Merge with another client, then search for the other.

Merging can't be undone. Appointments, sales, packages, forms, reviews and notes all move to one client, and the other record is removed. Don't merge different people who share a phone, like a parent and child.
