Change or reset your password

Change your password from My account, or reset it from the login page if you've forgotten it.

Change your password

  1. Go to Settings → My account. Staff find My account in the menu.
  2. Under Change password, type your Current password.
  3. Type your New password (at least 8 characters) and type it again in Confirm new password.
  4. Press Change password.

Forgotten it?

  1. On the login page, press Forgot password?
  2. Type your email and press Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and choose a new password.

A team member can't log in? If their invitation ran out, open their page under Team and press Resend.
