Send marketing emails

Turn on automatic emails like birthday and time to rebook, or send a one-off campaign to your clients.

Needs the Marketing app: Settings → Apps. Marketing emails only go to clients who've agreed to them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Automatic emails

  1. Go to Marketing → Emails and campaigns.
  2. Under Automatic emails, tick the ones you want: Time to rebook, Birthday emails, Ask how their visit was, Welcome, Loyal client, We miss you and Missed appointment.
  3. Set the timing for each, like how many weeks after a visit.
  4. Press Save automatic emails.

Send a campaign

  1. Under Send a campaign, choose who it goes To.
  2. Write the Subject and Message. {first_name} is replaced with each client's first name.
  3. Press Send a test to me to check it.
  4. Tick I'm ready to send this to the clients above and press Send campaign.

Change the wording of the automatic emails under Settings → Message wording.
