Pause online booking

Stop clients booking online for a while, with a message on your booking page, while you keep booking from the calendar.

Pausing is handy while you're setting up, on holiday or fully booked. Existing bookings stay, and you and your team can still book anyone from the calendar.

  1. Go to Online booking.
  2. Under Taking online bookings, write the Message on your booking page while paused, or leave it empty to use ours.
  3. Press Pause online booking. Clients now see your message instead of times.
  4. When you're ready, come back and press Turn online booking back on.

Only want to stop one service being booked online? Use the Online switch beside it in Catalogue → Services instead.
