Give someone a login

Team members don't need a login to be booked. Give them one if they should see their own bookings or help run the salon.

1. 1Go to Team → Team members and open the person.
2. 2Scroll to Login access.
3. 3Check Their email, and choose their Access: Staff, Manager or Admin.
4. 4Press Send invitation. They get an email to choose a password.
5. 5Share the team login address shown under Login access, or save it to their phone's home screen.

The invitation link lasts 7 days. If it runs out, open their page and press Resend. To change someone's access later, choose it under Access and press Change; to stop them logging in, press Remove login.

Only the owner and admins can invite people, and only the owner can make someone an admin. See Choose what managers and staff can do.
