Turn apps on and off

Every salon gets the calendar, waitlist, clients, services, team and roster, your online booking page, reminders and reports. Extra parts of Eyroxis are called apps, and you turn on only the ones you use.

• Checkout: take payment for visits and keep a record of every sale.
• Retail and Shop: sell products, and let clients reserve them online.
• Packages: sell bundles of sessions and track what each client has used.
• Gift cards: sell gift cards and take them as payment.
• Marketing: email campaigns, automatic marketing emails and promo codes.
• Forms and reviews: consultation forms before visits and star ratings after them.
• Multiple locations: run more than one salon location from one account.
• Website: your salon's own website from a template.

1. 1Go to Settings → Apps.
2. 2Find the app and press Turn on. Retail and Shop, Packages and Gift cards need Checkout, so it's turned on with them.
3. 3To turn one off, press Turn off…, read what will change, then confirm.

Only the salon owner can turn apps on and off. Turning an app off hides it for everyone, but nothing is deleted: turn it back on and everything is still there.
