Find who's calling from their number

When the salon phone rings, you don't need to copy the number into the client list. Eyroxis can't see your phone's calls, so you type the number you see, and it finds the client for you.

1. 1On the Calendar, press Who's calling? at the top.
2. 2Type the number on the phone's screen, or just its last 4 digits. Spaces, brackets and +61 don't matter: +61 412 345 678 finds 0412 345 678.
3. 3Matching clients show straight away with their next booking, last visit, any no-shows and their alert note.
4. 4Press Open to see their page, or Book to start a new appointment for them.
5. 5Nobody found? With the full number typed, press Book a new client and the number is filled in for you.

The client search everywhere else (Clients, Checkout, New appointment) also finds numbers however they were typed or saved.

Staff without All clients access only see clients they've had appointments with.
