Download your data, keep or remove old client details, or close your account

Your salon's data belongs to you. Go to Settings → Your data. Only the owner can download everything or close the account.

Download everything

Press ⬇ Download all data (.zip). It has a spreadsheet for each area: clients, appointments, sales and more.

How long client details are kept

Choose Remove details after no visits for (5 to 10 years; at least 5 because sales records must be kept for tax). After that time with no visits, a client's name, contact details, notes and forms are removed. Their past visits and sales stay, as "Deleted client". You're emailed 30 days before, and can press Keep for anyone you want to hold on to.

Close your account

Type your business name to confirm and press Close my account. Your booking page stops straight away, upcoming appointments are cancelled (clients aren't emailed) and team logins stop. Everything is deleted after 30 days, so download your data first.
