Take payments online
Connect Stripe so clients can pay when they book, buy from your Shop or buy gift cards online, paid straight to your own account.
Online payments go through Stripe into your own Stripe account. Eyroxis doesn't take a commission. Only the owner can set this up.
- Go to Settings → Online payments and press Connect Stripe.
- Follow Stripe's steps (your business and bank details). If you stop part way, press Finish setting up Stripe later.
- When it says Connected, choose what clients can pay for online.
Choices
- Paying for bookings: clients choose to pay online now or pay at the salon, or Pay at the salon only. Clients paying online pay the full price; part deposits aren't available.
- Pay now in the Shop and Sell gift cards online (with those apps on).
- No-show protection: save a card when clients book. See Charge a fee for no-shows.
If a client who paid online cancels inside your Booking rules Up to time, they're refunded automatically. You can refund an online payment yourself from the appointment. Open your Stripe dashboard shows your payouts.
