Keep track of packages clients have bought

Go to Sales → Packages sold. Filter by Active, Not paid yet, Expiring in 30 days and more, or search by client.

• Left shows the sessions left for each service, and how many are already booked.
• Sessions still owed is the value of sessions clients have paid for but not used yet.
• Open a package to Change sessions (mark one used or give one back, with a reason), change the Valid until date, or Cancel package.

A package bought before Eyroxis

Open the client and choose Sell a package… then Bought before Eyroxis…. Fill in when they bought it, the price and how many sessions they've used. It isn't counted in your takings, because the money came in before.

Cancelling a package stops its sessions being used. Any refund is done on the sale.
