Sell products online and handle orders

Turn the Shop on

1. 1Go to Online booking and press Turn the Shop on.
2. 2On each product you want to sell online, switch it to Online in Catalogue → Products and stock.
3. 3To let clients pay online too, tick Pay now in the Shop under Settings → Online payments. Otherwise they pay when they collect.

Clients see a Shop tab on your booking page. Their products are put aside for them, so they can't be sold to someone else. Back-bar (professional) stock is never shown.

When a client collects

1. 1Go to Sales → Online orders and open the order under Waiting to be collected.
2. 2If they're paying now, press Collected: take payment. Checkout opens with the items in it; finishing the sale marks the order collected.
3. 3If they already paid online, press Collected (already paid).

An order not collected by Held until goes back on sale automatically and the client is emailed. To cancel an order, open it and press Cancel order (or Cancel and refund if they paid online); stock goes back by itself.
