Save groups of clients (segments)

A segment is a saved filter. It always shows the clients who match right now, so it keeps itself up to date.

1. 1Go to Clients → Client list and press + New segment in the side panel.
2. 2Give it a Name, for example Colour clients due back.
3. 3Fill in only the conditions that matter. Clients must match all of them. For example, Have the tag Colour and Haven't visited for 56 days.
4. 4Press Save segment. It opens your client list showing just those clients.

Good to know

• Visits mean finished visits. Bookings still to come, cancellations and no-shows don't count.
• Haven't visited for also includes clients who have never had a visit. To get only lapsed regulars, also set At least this many visits to 1.
• Spent at least ($) is everything they've paid, less refunds.
• Marketing emails: Agreed means they ticked yes and haven't unsubscribed.

To change a segment, open it and press Edit segment. Deleting a segment only deletes the saved filter, never the clients.
