Getting started

Change your salon name, booking link or timezone

Update your business name, the address of your booking page, your state (which sets your timezone), and each location's address and phone.

  1. Go to Settings → Business details.
  2. Change the Business name, Booking page link or State.
  3. Press Save.

Before you change your booking link

Your booking page moves to the new address straight away, and the old one stops working. Links you've shared on Instagram, Google or your website, and QR codes you've printed, need updating. Download a new QR code from Online booking.

State and timezone

Your State sets the timezone (including daylight saving) for bookings, reminders and reports. Opening hours keep the same clock times.

Address and phone

Your address and phone number are set for each location, not here. Go to Settings → Locations, press Edit beside the location, change the Address or Phone and press Save. They're shown on your booking page and receipts.

Looking for a setting? The Settings page has a search box: try "GST", "logo" or "reminders".
