Understand your performance overview
What each number on the performance overview means, and how to download your appointments, sales and clients.
Go to Reports → Performance overview and choose a period.
- Revenue collected: money in after refunds, including products, gift cards sold and tips.
- Completed appointments: visits that were checked out (or marked done).
- Average ticket: the average booked price of completed appointments. Products and tips aren't included.
- Booked online: the share of the period's appointments booked from your booking page.
- New clients: across your whole business, even if one location is chosen.
- Top services and Team performance use booked prices of completed visits.
The GST box shows the figures for your BAS (G1 and 1A) if you're registered. Under Download (CSV) you can get the period's appointments, sales and payments, or all your clients.
